Every Day God Experience (EDGE) Youth Ministry is designed for teenagers from the ages

of 12-18. Our mission is to create a place where teenagers can meet with other teens from

different schools, towns, and ages to discuss life and the issues that teenagers face daily…

And then learn how to cope with those matters of life emotionally, physically, and

spiritually. EDGE meets every week for ages 11-18 on

                                                                         Wednesdays @ 7:00 p.m. 

                                                                         Sundays @ 9:30 a.m. 
                                                                      

To the right is the youth practicing before Sunday morning, for Youth Sunday! The youth pastor preached, some led worship, others took up offering… It was a great opportunity to help students understand everything that goes into a Sunday Morning service! Our goal for the next time is for it to be completely youth lead!

In EDGE we like to have fun while learning and hanging out! Our goal is to make each get together different, fun, interesting, and helpful! On Wednesday Nights we usually have a lesson and an activity to go along, and then every 2nd Wednesday night we have a sports night! On Sunday morning we learn about the bible and bible characters and how they can relate to us and our lives now! And then on Sunday nights, for high school, we have a bible study or a bible video session.

 

In the picture to your right students were blind folded and guided by the youth pastor to help them get through our sanctuary filled with obstacles! This night we learned about how we need to listen and trust God to help guide us through life! Even when we’re faced with obstacles that seem too big for us to handle or get past!
